Corporate Governance and Code of Conduct
The Company is committed to conducting its business in accordance with good corporate governance principles. The Board of Directors, as the leadership responsible for driving sustainable value, has established a Corporate Governance Policy and regularly monitors its implementation on an annual basis. In 2018, the Company revised its Corporate Governance and Code of Conduct Manual to align with the Corporate Governance Code for Listed Companies 2017 (CG Code), and requires the Board of Directors to review it at least once a year.
The Company has established policies covering all relevant aspects, including the Corporate Governance Policy, Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption Policy, Whistleblowing Policy, and Inside Information Policy. These policies are communicated to directors, executives, and employees at all levels, who are required to strictly comply. In addition, the Company provides channels for reporting complaints or misconduct related to violations of laws, regulations, ethical standards, and Company policies, along with measures to protect whistleblowers.

Risk Management
The Company develops and reviews its risk management framework on an annual basis to support the achievement of organizational objectives and goals. The framework is aligned with the internationally recognized COSO Enterprise Risk Management - Integrating with Strategy & Performance 2017 (COSO ERM 2017), which integrates risk management with organizational strategy and links it to performance evaluation. The Company assesses risks based on key business objectives across four dimensions: Strategic, Operational, Financial, and Compliance.
Product and Process Innovation Development
The Company places importance on continuously promoting innovation in products, services, and operational processes, with a focus on creating added value for the business while enhancing operational efficiency and responding to the needs of stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
The Company has established an Innovation Center to enhance its capabilities in R&D (Research and Development), including collaboration with business partners and customers to co-develop tailored formulations and solutions. The center also serves as a hub for learning, training, and knowledge exchange among stakeholders, including employees, business partners, and customers.
